To our Valued Customers,

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely and how it has been evolving. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers, employees and community.

Our actions and decisions follow the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.

In-Store Measures

• We have increased frequency of sanitization and cleaning in store
• We remind employees about best practices for hygiene and the necessity of frequent handwashing
• We are ensuing hand sanitizer is available at all times

As a preventative measure, we are also suspending in-store viewings temporarily. We will however be available for virtual showing’s and are happy to coordinate the process with you. Simply drop us an email at heythere@mimconcept.com and a representative will talk you through it and answer all questions you may have.

Deliver Service Measures

We have contacted our carriers to take additional measures to follow our suit and have advised to take additional precautionary measures at time of delivery.

Impact on Supply

We do not anticipate any product supply problems for you to order online.

Actually, we’re working tirelessly to have a new collection of products for you to create moments with in your home. We can’t wait to share them with you in the coming months. Don’t tell anyone, but coffee tables, chairs, couches they are on the way *wink
