Your furniture will arrive on a secure pallet to ensure everything is protected during transit. Once it reaches you, simply cut the straps and transfer each box inside. Don’t worry—every box is designed to fit through standard doors and elevators!

Moving furniture is a team effort, so we recommend having some extra help on hand—friends, family, or helpful neighbors.

Yes, we do. We offer a White Glove Delivery service which includes full assembly and setup. This service is available exclusively in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) region and costs 10% extra on the total purchase price.

If you opt for this service, our professional delivery team will:

1. Bring the Joey Bed into the room of your choice.
2. Unpack and fully assemble the bed, including the seamless joinery and drawer system.
3. Remove all packaging and debris, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.
